About Lawrence Roman

An experienced business leader based in Westchester County, NY, Lawrence Roman has played a key role in the development and sale of a number of large businesses including the R&C Corporation and Keyspan. His work in the construction industry has earned him numerous honors including a Silver Shovel Award and a LIFE Builder Award. Lawrence Roman holds active membership in the Subcontractors Trade Association, the New York Building Congress, and the New York Building Foundation.

As the chief executive officer of WDF, Inc., Mr. Roman oversees daily operations at one of the top plumbing and HVAC contracting companies in Westchester County and beyond. As part of the GreenStar family of companies, WDF currently operates independently as a subsidiary of the Tutor Perini Corporation.

In addition to his accomplishments in the business world, Lawrence Roman has owned several champion racehorses including Paula’s Best and Lawrence the Roman. His hobbies include collecting vintage Bordeaux wine and cheering on his beloved NY Yankees.
